vacation rental Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- A minimum 50% Deposit or one nights stay (whichever is greater) is due at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or money order in Canadian funds.
- All reservations are subject to the Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 12%
- To Cancel - all cancellations are subject to a $35 (+ HST) cancellation fee. However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit, all changes or cancellations must be made at least one month prior to arrival date. Reservations of 2 or more units for the same dates, and all reservations over 1 week require at least 2 months notice to cancel.
- Minimum 4 night stay unless otherwise arranged by telephone
- All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- Check-In Time: after 4:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM
- For reservations in excess of 7 nights, cancellations must be made at least 2 months in advance.
- Cleaning supplies are provided for your use during your vacation. At the end of your stay one hour of complimentary cleaning is included to take care of laundry and minor cleaning. Additional cleaning will be charged at $25 per hour.
